Lovey brings a strong foundation in business, holding a business degree from UNBC and applying disciplined project management and financial oversight to every build. Jana and Lovey are both licensed realtors with hands-on experience in residential real estate, renovations, and long-term property investment.

Together, they have built and managed a portfolio of six rental properties, providing firsthand insight into construction quality, durability, code compliance, and long-term asset performance. This experience allows us to approach renovations and builds not only as contractors, but as property owners and investors who understand how construction decisions impact value, livability, and resale.
